Constance Mandefield, Co-Founder & COO, Alcheme
Armed with more than a decade’s worth of experience working with beauty brands from around the world, Constance Mandefield is well versed with the skincare industry. She last served as Head of Strategy at Clarins Asia Pacific; and in her previous capacities, spearheaded the development of Sales and Marketing strategies for several European cosmetic groups, while working with Oliver Wyman, a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm. In 2017, she joined start-up venture, Alcheme, as Co-Founder and COO, after being approached by former colleague and aspiring entrepreneur, Tuyen Lamy, and sharing in her vision about revolutionizing the way women think about and use skincare. Together, they developed the Singapore-born skincare brand from the ground up, offering personalized and intentional skincare by harnessing cutting-edge Facial Recognition technology to develop formulations uniquely tailored to each customer and their individual needs. Bolstered by her vast experiences living and studying abroad, Constance is in good stead to take on the challenges of an up-and-coming business. Not only does her Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School (Paris), with a specialization in Finance and Communication, make her the ideal candidate to oversee the brand’s Digital Development, Production, Logistics, Sustainable Sourcing and Finance, her unique worldviews have made her relentless in pursuing global expansion plans for the brand.

Jolie Michelle Ow, Canvass Mindfulness Training Centre
Jolie Michelle Ow has more than 15 years of teaching experience and has facilitated classes, courses, retreats and festivals to local and international practitioners. After several years of developing, managing and facilitating holistic wellbeing programmes to schools, museums and corporations (the experience only reinforced her beliefs in specialised, not standardised learning), Jolie founded her own business Canvass, a training centre since 2005, where the focus is on holistic, organic learning and where exploration, is just as key to a students development. She continues to develop her practices by participating in workshops and training, and in charity work. Jolie's programmes are tailored with respect to age, abilities, skills and needs.

Karin G. Reiter, Functional Medicine Practitoiner
Karin G. Reiter is an Internationally acclaimed Functional Medicine Practitioner, speaker, and consultant. Over 2 decades she has helped thousands of individuals and employees at organizations all over the world (McKinsey, Google, Amazon, Paypal and more) make small but profound changes in their nutrition and wellness. After being diagnosed with 2 Autoimmune diseases and being told by Doctors that she would never lead a “normal” life, Karin set out on a journey of healing through food, and while healing herself created the D.N.A. Program (Delicious, Nutritious, Available) the ultimate formula for balancing nutrition and flavor. For Karin, food is life, food is love, food is what connects us a people and as a culture.
